1. Registration & Payment Verification: Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are confirmed upon verification of the 12-digit UTR payment transaction number against our bank records.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, participants may request to reschedule to a future batch at least 48 hours before the program start date.

3. Certification & Training Material: Training materials in secured soft form and completion certificates will be provided upon successful attendance and completion of requirements.

4. Course Schedule: SrkadaliCS reserves the right to postpone or modify training dates due to unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified in advance.
