Lean Six Sigma is a disciplined methodology and set of tools intended to improve quality and efficiency of the business processes, in order to reduce waste, time, rework and rejections. This is a statistical approach of process improvement that focus to minimise the variations and defects based on data driven decisions. Six Sigma process works on DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control) and DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyse, Design, and Verify)  methodologies.
